Exclusive skiing experience with breakfast on the Seiser Alm. Here is the reason why you should get up early during your ski holiday: On five days in March and April (Wednesdays) three ski lifts open alternately and exclusively at 7:00 am. Early birds have the opportunity to cross the freshly groomed and deserted slopes and enjoy the special morning atmosphere on Europe's largest mountain plateau, while being accompanied by ski instructors and receiving valuable tips. At 9:00 a.m. breakfast is served in the mountain hut. During the rich alpine breakfast with many delicious products from South Tyrol you can enjoy the morning sun and recharge your batteries before you head straight back to the slopes.

The hay bath tradition in Alpe di Siusi, lasting over 110 years, originated from farmers who found relief from fatigue by sleeping in haylofts. It uses local hay with healing herbs like thyme and arnica, cut from unfertilised meadows to preserve essential oils. 🌾🤎
